Why Is Paul Playing Big Brother Again
Paul Raffi Abrahamian was the runner-up of both Big Blood brother 18 (US) and Big Brother 19 (US).
In Big Brother eighteen, Paul was initially very vocal about getting the returning players out, forming an alliance to go confronting them. All the same, afterwards their ally, Jozea, was blindsided, they started building trust with the other HouseGuests and began working with the returning players. Victor Approach; another ally of Paul was evicted in week 2. They then formed an alliance with Paulie. Paul and Paulie worked together until Paul realized that it was all-time to evict him. One time Victor returned to the game, he and Paul created the Sitting Ducks alliance. The two friends fought together until they were both nominated Week 12. Paul managed to survive eviction while Victor was evicted. Paul was considered a very aggressive actor, being unafraid to make big moves, willing to face others, and having a mitt in numerous evictions. Paul was known for being able to talk their way out of many situations and for playing a great social and strategic game. All the same, they received criticism for insulting other HouseGuests, making many jury members lose respect for their gameplay.
They were a contest threat, winning iii HoHs and 3 PoVs, thus making them the seventh male person HouseGuest to win 6 competitions in a season. After Victor'due south eviction, Paul managed to win the last 2 HoHs and final PoV. After winning the last HOH, they infamously chose to evict James and take Nicole to the Final Two. Nevertheless, this move was fatal as Nicole won the game by a vote of v to 4, thus leaving Paul as the runner-upwardly.
Their determination to evict James has been deemed a huge fault by the viewers and some of the jurors because they could accept easily won against James.
Paul later returned for Big Brother 19 and changed their gameplay completely. Instead of focusing on competitions, Paul had turned their attention to being more skilled at beingness manipulative. When they entered the firm Week 1 after Kevin Schlehuber took the $25,000 temptation, they were given immunity and was tasked with giving others friendship bracelets, protecting them from existence evicted. Paul used this chance to gain some allies and had originally wanted to work with Cody Nickson'southward alliance of showmances. After existence nominated by Cody in an endeavor to backdoor them, their Pendant of Protection saved them for three weeks, which they also used to their advantage. Paul played a very strategic and aggresive game, decision-making and manipulating their allies, and being responsible for nigh all the nominations and evictions. They dominated in competitons; winning three HoH'due south and v PoV's, tying Janelle Pierzina and Danielle Donato for winning the most PoV'due south in a single flavour. They managed not to bear on the block until the final 3 where they were put on the block by default after failing to win the final HoH, which was won past their ally Josh Martinez. When Josh won the terminal HoH, he brought Paul to the final 2, being seen equally easier to shell over Christmas Abbott, making them the 2nd houseguest in Big Brother history after Dan Gheesling to brand it to the final 2 twice. Notwithstanding, Paul was criticized for unnecessarily backstabbing their allies, overplaying the game, needlessly bullying the other houseguests, and not owning their game during the jury Q&A. All this toll them the win once once more, as they lost to Josh by a 5-four vote, condign the runner-upward for the 2nd fourth dimension in a row.
Along with Danielle Reyes and Dan, Paul is considered to exist another victim of a bitter jury; despite what majority of viewers perceived as a stronger game than the actual winner.
Paul has won the most competitions in Big Brother history with 14 wins over their two seasons. Due to this and making final ii twice, Paul has been seen as ane of the greatest players in contempo years, comparing them to Big Brother legends Derrick Levasseur and Vanessa Rousso.
